MEET THE TEAM
Stefanie Hilarczyk, President
Stefanie has been a business owner since 2011. Her background is healthcare administration. She is no stranger to the construction field, her father and grandfather are masons and have owned a business for over 50 years. Over the last 10 years she has helped grow her fathers company. Stefanie comes with a wealth of knowledge in marketing and social media expertise. Her knack for detail, and organization helps any project during those crunch time moments.
When not at work you can find Stefanie:
At the beach, reading a good book and often writing. And, of course always on an adventure with her family
Timothy Hilarczyk,
Vice President
Tim has over 25 years experience in construction. 17 of those years as a Project Manager. He began his career as a union carpenter right out of High School. From there he worked his way up to Senior Project Manger at large General Construction companies through out New Jersey. Tim has worked on multi-millionaire dollar projects, with the most complex time lines. His friendly and patient personality at work make him such a asset whether he's in the field or in the office. Tim's knowledge of both in the office as a project manager and as a foreman make him understand the details of any job over his competitors.
When not at work you can find Tim:
At the beach, playing his ukulele, smoking his old man pipe and being with his family.
